「卒業学部・修了研究科名」に、退職時の所属部署名
「卒業・修了年」に、退職年を記入してください。

• In “School/Faculty of Enrollment, Graduated Faculty/Department, or Graduate School” enter your department or unit at the time of retirement.
• In “Enrollment/Graduation/Completion Year,” specify your year of retirement.
